Twice sent totally the wrong item. To return they wanting me to pay postage..to China!!!. I am a present in dispute as its not what I ordered. Please save your money and buy elsewhere. The quality of their products are on a scale of 1 to 10.....a minus 15

I ordered an oilcloth, Orla Kiely design table cloth from Joom. It was not clear that my order was coming from China. When it arrived it did not look anything like the photo on the website and was clearly not oil cloth and not close to the colour shown in the photos. The design was very badly printed on to cheap plasticky material. It was awful, I wanted to return and get a refund but the P.O. said it would cost £25 to do that and I wasn’t even sure I would get my money back. Do not use this site.

Artikel niet zoals omschreven. Retourneren zou kunnen, op eigen kosten, maar het retourneren bestaat niet! Betwijfel of het artikel “echt” van Ralph Lauren is!

Shocking company avoid like the plague. Inferior quality goods and impossible to get a refund. The AI bot which is laughingly their customer service is useless. After going round and round in circles I decided to give up and delete my account.

Ik heb drie paar schoenen voor mijn man gekocht.Een maat groter dan normaal.Maar ze pasten niet.Mijn man kon er niet eens inkomen met zijn voet. Ik heb drie keer contact met ze gehad wat op zich al heel moeilijk was via de mail.Ik moest foto s sturen en de reden van retour.Ik wilde ze retour doen en vroeg om retour ticket die ik tot op de dag van vandaag nog niet heb gekregen. Bestelling is van Juni.Ik heb Klarna ingeschakeld want die bemiddeld met bedrijven als er wat fout gaat.Weer foto s en mails gestuurd als bewijs dat ik daadwerkelijk contact heb gehad met Joom.Dit alles heeft tot niets geleid.Ik ben bank dat het geld betaald moet worden over 14 dagen.Heb steeds uitstel van betaling aangevraagd bij Klarna maar bemiddeling heeft ook niets opgeleverd.Geld word dus betaald voor product wat niet past en retour moet. Ik vind het echt afschuwelijk dat ze hier mee wegkomen.Je kan er niets aan doen.Niet KOPEN bij deze oplichters!!!!!!!

I purchased a jacket from joom size L I normally wear a M put I thought the size L might be better. When the item arrived I tried it on it was so small it would have fitted a child. When I wanted to return the item I was told I had to pay the postage which was expensive .when I weigh up the price it was not worth the hassle

Ordered for the first time - two phone cases. Not actually compatible despite product description. No way of getting a refund. Don't order from them, it's not worth throwing money down the drain.
