Exceptionally poor and terrible customer service agent who had no respect to listen to customer. Shame on Joola and will never buy any Joola product or recommend any one to buy as the customer service is disgusting and disgrace.

The Joola 16 mm Ben John’s Hyperion paddle caused me shoulder pain. When I contacted customer service, they told me they would not do anything for me. I asked for them to replace the paddle with something else that might work better. How is anyone supposed to know whether a paddle is going to work unless they can try it?
