The product I received was high quality and the ordering process was simple. However, right after I ordered my product I realized I had used the wrong address. Even though my product hadn't started the shipping process I couldn’t change the address online. Although, after calling customer service I was able to easily change my shipping address. But, there was no confirmation email or a change of address on the job hart website.

Although my order came in just as ordered and complete, I can’t give you 5 stars. I have lost sales because of you not carrying all the colors year round, particularly coral and turquoise. You have to know that we are now in in spring ordering pieces for graduates and summer items and these colors are not available? I think you are doing a disservice to your retailers and our customers by not offering all colors year round. Maybe you should consider cutting down your color selection if production in every color is a problem.
