Outstanding! I've owned Jon Hart products for years and really appreciate their superb quality. But as great as JH luggage is, their people and customer service are even better. Katherine and the team were phenomenal -- first rate. I can't say enough good things about them. JH superior product and outstanding customer service are why I am a customer forever. My first choice for personal buys and gifts.

I had an issue with one of my purchases but their customer service team really came through to fix the problem. Katherine M. was very understanding and personally stamped the makeup bag I ordered. The makeup bag is so beautiful and fits everything with ease! I bought it as a gift for my mother and I will definitely be purchasing one for myself as well!

Katherine, I am sorry the hot stamp did not meet your expectation. We hope you are satisfied with your replacement!

Great quality although embossing a darker color is difficult to see the embossment so I probably would've embossed in the gold or silver instead of the same color as the Kings pad.

Amazing product ♥️ We received my daughters personalized backpack within 3-4 days! Could not believe how quickly it arrived. Carefully packaged & the backpack is of gorgeous quality. I have read tons of reviews that these products last years upon years! Happy to have a backpack that we will not have to replace three months into the school year!

Great bag and a good size

High quality and will last a life time! Yes it’s a diaper bag, but since it has so many pockets, I use it as a school bag. Perfect place for my folders, pens, chargers, and folders.
