Good product overall. Material could stretch a little more into it natural state after being crunched up in a box

Of course the large duffel bag is amazing. I got the espresso color and it’s sooo good! My only 2 complaints are that all products don’t come in every color and the shipping is very expensive.

I love the product for it's style and durability but it is steep on cost so that is the only thing holding me back from 5 stars.

We've been Jon Hart Customers for many, many years. We did have some concerns about a year ago with turn around time with the products but Jon Hart has seemed to fix the problem. We do miss not have a sales rep that comes to the store to do trunk shows. Many of our repeat customers enjoyed getting to meet a representative of Jon Hart and have mentioned that they wished they still worked the show.

the Joe Duffie bag looked great: however, the branded initials on the leather should have been ETCHED DARKER. . . at least as dark as the JON HART Logo on the same bag.
