Very disappointed 😞 with the quality and most of all thought at least you could have sent the verse which was accompanying the goods when advertised, my wife had the gift and just looked at me and just asked what it was!!!!

Shipping didn't take too long and products even though smaller than what I am used to using are nicely done.

I ordered the unbiological daughter necklace and it was supposed to come with a beautiful saying stating the meaning behind the necklace, no card received. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! So I had to scramble as her birthday is next week and thankfully ETSY had a beautiful card that will explain her gift.

Total scam...totally a waste of money! Products are not what they appear to be on their web site. You will not receive for a long time and when you did get it...it is nothing like what was advertised. They practice in false advertising! Do not waste your money.

After placing an order for a Christmas gift, I waited patiently. Here it is January 2, 2024 and have received NOTHING. I am disappointed in this company. Nothing but a scamming organization.

Garbage products. I bought a "Stained Glass Stacked Books Lamp" desk light piece from Jolura It's a stack of books with a light inside to glow through the stained glass. I'll tell you what the site said and what the pictures looked like first... Then I'll describe what I received. WHAT THE SITE SAID: "Richly hued Tiffany-style stained glass pieces carefully soldered together create a literary delight." "Handcrafted from 70 cuts of resin. Created using artisanal methods." The pictures definitely looked like there was metal used for the edges. They used the word "solder." The colors were vibrant and paint job was pretty good. WHAT I GOT: The product came in what looked like random, dirty, reused packaging. The item was much smaller than I thought. Most importantly there was no metal, resin, or anything coming close to the description. It was a 3d printed stack off books. It wasn't all 1 piece either, and the seams were poorly glued and had cracks around a few of them. The paint job looked like an 5 year old's first arts and crafts project. It was messy, ugly colors and they had trouble "staying in the lines". It was like 40 bucks, took too long to come, and it looks like trash. Considering how simple my book design was, I can only imagine what these intricate stained glass lamps will look like.
