Ordered the Prince doll
Ordered the Prince doll, looked nothing like picture advertised. They started at a 10% discount final offer, ended at 40% final offer discount if I keep it. When I said I wanted a full discount because what you sent was not what I ordered. They said they had to charge me $8 for shipping, which I paid to have it shipped and paid to send it back. You cant talk to a live person. Company is 100% a scam. Update, my bank had to get involved. They said this was a common scam and wished they could prosecute the companies doing this. Luckily my money was returned not from Jolura, who will never give you your money back, but from my bank who took the hit and these Chinese scam companies profit.
