The price is good, the produce is good and fast delivery.

I ordered containers advertised as 19 ounces, but what I received was extremely small—suitable mainly for finger foods. When I measured the container, it held only 16 ounces when filled all the way to the rim, leaving no room to cover, carry, or serve the food without spilling. Customer service claimed that the remaining three ounces come from the small amount of extra space inside the lid. This explanation is unreasonable and misleading. Customers expect a container advertised as 19 ounces to hold approximately 19 ounces in the actual container—not 16 ounces filled to the very rim, plus theoretical space inside the lid. To make matters worse, the company expected me to pay return shipping even though the product did not match a reasonable understanding of the advertised capacity. I should not have to pay to return an item because of a misleading product description. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend these containers.

A day late on something that shipped at 907pm its a 6 hour drive. I needed this product. I chose it based on delivery date. Now being told it hasn't moved. I may not get it for 48 hours. I dont know what drunk they hired to drive a truck but I will never order from them again.

These cloth towels are so helpful to have in my bathrooms. People can use the bathroom facilities and wash their hands, then dry on Jollychef towels without using the cloth towels hanging in the bathroom.

I will give it a star since I am having issues returning the items I purchased wrong. I will change my review once I have been helped with my return items. I purchased the 2oz 500ct syringes by mistake it was supposed to be the 20ml and now I don’t know if I should purchase the correct one since I’m having so many issues.

But 12 ounce 2000 cups look like all clear cups in pictures until bought and received notice that they had the three ridges in the middle which isn’t clearly shown in the example pictures for the products now I received it. You guys refuse to pay shipping to send back and now I’m stuck with 2000 cups that I do not need

Love love love my compostable bowls. I want to have compostable everything and Jollychef does an amazing job at these bowls! However, I wish they sold mostly or only compostable/biodegradable options and the company is more focused on sustainability like being eco-friendly, carbon-neutral, etc. The delivery was smooth and I appreciate the cute character on the Jollychef logo. Thank you so much! Vegan, eco friendly, sustainable is what I care about!

Always great service and fast delivery. We wont go through anyone else for our supplies!
