4 stars just because it’s so expensive but I love the easy monthly re-submission process to get the medicine.

I had a great experience with the program and I lost 30lbs so far. Customer service is prompt and efficient. What I’m not crazy about is the doctor’s replies. I’ve gotten 1 word replies and that was surprising. I do wish the price was a bit lower too. I’m still happy with my experience.
