The process is very easy and survey is quick and simple. They ship the product right after the survey and it comes in a day or 2. Their customer support is attentive to my questions or concerns. Very satisfied with the program.

Communication and shipping are usually very quick! It was a little slower during my recent experience (April 2025). The doctor is helpful and thorough.

Efficient and easy system. For people that is motivated, it would work better because of course it lacks the face to face interaction and motivation. Medication was on time and communications were simple.

I’ve been steadily losing weight since I started in late May if 2024, down 40 pounds. Some issues in the beginning because I had trouble eating anything which zapped my energy but it didn’t last long. I still have 30 pounds to go but it’s made such a difference for me, I’d recommend it to anyone.

Weight care’s process is simple to determine eligibility and connect with a doctor. Their shipping is fast and their response time to questions is also quick. I struggle with nausea and other GI side effects, but that’s not Weight Care’s fault. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to start a program.
