Weight Care is so easy. The medical questionnaire is simple to complete. It is very easy to chat online with the physician if you have any questions or concerns. Everything is included in the shipment and it is timely. The instructions are very easy to follow. I have lost 40 lbs and am so happy with the result.

Medicine works great. I have lost apx. 60 pounds. Sometimes it takes a while for the survey to come to me after I am charged in order to get my next month's prescription/medicine so I am worried I'll run out. I wish the response time with my email request were a little faster but overall, I am pleased with the customer service and the results that I am seeing. The doctors are pretty quick to message you if you have questions or concerns.

I got started with weightcare in April 2023. I bought a Groupon. I was desperate for help. I was overweight and my recent annual physical had shown that I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Previous attempts to become healthier through diet and exercise, yielded little to no results. Everything from initial sign up to now (Nov 2023) has been great. Dr. Greene responds to messages in a timely manner. On two separate occasions, I accidentally broke my medication vial and had to contact customer service. They were excellent! They promptly placed new orders for me tto have my medication sent out asap. I am now down about 36 pounds and forever thankful to weightcare for helping give my body the extra push it needed!
