If I could give zero stars I would! I’m going on day 3 of a consultation call that never happened and I paid for. I’ve called a total of 4 times and have been told the same thing each time which is that a supervisor has been notified with my contact information and someone would be contacting me shortly. No call, no communication. I’ve sent two emails requesting a refund, again with no communication. This is a scam!!

They are not the cheapest, fastest or even the most honest. They were more than my current provider so I ask to cancel. They charged me $19.99 for nothing. Literally, nothing. A service charge for me filling out all of the paperwork just to find out the REAL price. Advertised prices are not accurate.

Signed up 5 weeks ago with Groupon. Received 1st delivery within days. Opted for auto credit card payments. After 4 weeks, credit card charged $399, but no info on next delivery or tracking. Waited a week. It's now been 8 days since credit charge. Sent email and got auto reply that they would get back to me. That was 4 days ago. Called customer service and was told they would send refill. Sent message to their doctor and was told it would be fixed. Still no action. Called customer service today and got voice mail. Sent another email to customer service and told them I will be disputing credit charges. No reply. I did have great results with weight loss, but it appears to me that this company lacks customer service and is a "fly by night" company. Will look for other options.

Meest verschrikkelijke ervaring ooit! BLIJVEND LETSEN aan over gehouden. Direct na het plaatsen ernstig ziek geworden en geen hulp gehad op een paar medicijnen na. Lokale artsen gaven aan dat zij niet wisten hoe ze mij moesten behandelen en de kliniek geeft aan dit nog niet eerder te hebben meegemaakt en mij niet te kunnen helpen. Na een aantal maanden met veel pijn toch maar besloten vroegtijdig de maagballon te verwijderen en nu moet ik na elke maaltijd braken. DOE HET NIET!

This place is a scam. They hacked my Facebook page and started sending out “sponsored” ads FROM MY PAGE as if I was the one sending them out. I have reported them to the better business bureau, Facebook, Instagram, and they are STILL running ads from my hacked page! They are a SCAM!

I bought a Groupon deal for their Tirzepatide program, this deal included one month of medication. The first month went well, the medication worked. They charged $499 on my credit card as expected. The doctor then upped my dose and sent the prescription to the pharmacy, this happened on Sep 27, it is now Oct 6. I still do not have my medication and do not have any left over from the first month. I contacted WEightCare and Hallandale Pharmacy via email, neither have responded to me three days later. I am now going to suffer the side effects of going cold turkey. This is the worst medical experience imaginable. This is a NIGHTMARE.

I would have given zero stars however it was not available. By far the worse company in my experience when it comes to communication. For the price of the medication VS. the service I received I would not recommend this company. They have not responded to any of my messages including the message to NEVER renew my subscription hence no one replied or responded to any of my concerns.

I signed up with this company on September 13, 2023. I’ve been approved by the doctor and I still have NOT received the medication promised. I have sent and numerous emails asking what the problem/delay is and all they tell me is that they will “contact the pharmacy.” Truly POOR service. I am cancelling my subscription TODAY. Stay away from WEight Care. 😣
