I purchased the weightcare program for…
I purchased the weightcare program for the 3 month "savings" after being assured by the sales person that I would be well under way with my weightloss goals by the end of that period. I now have two weeks left and ZERO results. I did receive ONE consult with my "health coach", and his advice was to eat a banana when I got up. LOL. That did NOTHING. I spoke with my prescribing physician by email explaining that I had experienced significant weightloss while using brand name mounjaro in the past, but had zero results from this product that is touted to be the same ingredients. He informed me that he really didn't expect me to experience much weightloss if any in the first three months, as my body was acclimating to the drug. I explained that was not the case with Mounjaro in the past. To date, I have had NO additional support. I don't believe there is much, if any, actual compound in that bottle. I would move on. You are not saving a dime by using this program as it yield NO results with NO customer support and NO chance of it being remedied. TOTAL SCAM at this point. Just eat the $750, you have a better chance of losing weight. I would be glad to post my email correspondence if anyone is interested in the "support" I recieved.

I've been waiting for weeks for help…
I've been waiting for weeks for help from customer service; I've consistently paid the monthly but have yet to receive my product. I keep reaching out with no response except when they asked for my detailed info which I immediately provided. Very disappointed and feeling frustrated.

Not an honest company
I was promised certain pricing and dosage, they did not honor this, I have been going back and forth with customer service for months. Terrible! At this point it seems like a scam.

Don’t get scammed!!
At first I talked to a salesman at first which I thought was odd He was working off commission I presume. He heard my story and told me with my circumstances it would cost me 199. I’m thinking that’s a great price I can finally afford since I’m on Medicare Medicaid. Ok all well and good. I had set up video consult with a nice gal. No complaints about that. I did receive my meds in a timely fashion. I hate liars. I hate being mislead and taken like a fool. Come to find out each month after that it would be 399. That’s not nice. CS lures you in and make it look like your someone with a certain situation and work with you. So I thought. I was scammed and cancelled asap. I got an email stating my cancellation and no apologies nor an offer to make it better. So please beware of this place.

Buyer Beware.... They Do NOT Offer Refunds... PERIOD
Please be careful when purchasing from this company. I called WeightCare over the phone on 1/7/2025. Long story short, they offered me a 3 month tirzepatide weight loss program for $797.
After only ONE injection, I suffered from severe side effects: Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation and diarrhea. I immediately contacted them on 1/20/25 and told them I am stopping the injections and told them about my side effects. They told me to contact their "doctor". I did and he said I probably had the flu. FALSE. I told WeightCare I would be more than happy to return the products for a refund because I will NOT be doing anymore injections. They said, "Due to our policy, we would not be able to accept medication returns."
I was still suffering from severe side effects in the midst of all this. I went to CareNow Urgent Care on 1/25/25. The next morning, 1/26/25, my husband ended up calling the ambulance because I had horrible piercing abdominal pain. I was taken to the ER and found out that my appendix has ruptured. I was immediately taken to surgery.
I have been in constant touch with WeightCare and Hallandale Pharmacy (where the prescription came from) and they STILL won't offer a refund of a person who is intolerant of their medication.
So, I paid $797 for that ONE injection, plus CareNow visit, the ambulance ride, ER, emergency surgery, and 3 days in the hospital.
They say they care, but their actions speaks a lot louder than their words. I know I am not the only person who had to stop the injections early due to severe side effects. Just how many people is this company ripping off?

Negligent customer team - health at risk
The negligence of your customer team (Shawanda) is putting my health and progress at risk. I’m simply seeking a resolution - summary below.
I signed up for a 6-week GLP-1 program (2.5mg). Upon receipt of my first order of on 1.03.25, despite the label indicating 2.5mg, upon measuring the medication, the compounding pharmacy (Revive) only fulfilled 4 weeks instead of 6 weeks (that I ordered).
To be proactive, I reached out to customer service on 1.09.25 thoroughly explaining the issue, and sent pictures. There have been 6 email exchanges spanning three weeks between myself and customer service. I've been prompt w/ fulfilling the rep’s asks, and have had to re-explain the situation multiple times. The back and forth hasn’t been helpful, and my last email on 1.16.25 hasn't been followed up on.
As of today (1.25.15), I am out of medication and am not able to administer the last two doses. At 4 out of of 6 weeks, I have already experienced positive gains which is remarkable. However, I am now stuck w/out any guidance and contingency plan on how to move forward.
