I have lost over 20 lbs. I can eat what I want when I want to I just don't eat as much. I have tried ALL the diets. I exercise 5-6 every wk since I have been 16 yo. This is what has worked. The customer service is REAL. You can stop and restart without any issues. Believe me you need to do this

Weightcare stays on top of sending reminders to update information on weight loss for your provider to review and has a great messaging system to communicate concerns and questions. On the customer service side Weightcare is very easy to reach by phone and email. Overall, I've had a really great experience and am happy to have finally found success with weight loss!
