Instructions are detailed and clear. The product is effective. The staff is responsive and helpful. My only issue is I wish that I could update my billing info on the website instead of having to email or call to update my method of payment. Aside from that I have no issues. So happy I found then

They are very professional and helpful. I have been losing weight. It was slow at first until I got used to the medication but now it has increased.

Weightcare is great to work with! Not only do their products work but as my needs have changed, their doctors and team have been very helpful with solutions and reommendations.

I’ve had pretty good experiences with this company. Been using it since Feb 2023 down 50+ lbs. I have however had 2 out of the 10 months where the medication didn’t ship right away but for the most part as soon as the Dr prescribes it. It is shipped out to me.

The doctors have been great and the customer service line has been great too. The first two months went smoothly but the last two my monthly questionnaire has never arrived and I had to reach out for it which then caused my medication to be delivered late.
