Overall product is great. It has assisted in my weight loss goals. Dealing with weight care has been okay. There is little communication and the interactions could be more personal. There are sometimes delays in shipping casual a missed week which is frustrating.

It's a pretty easy system but the human element is always missing when there's no face to face contact or even a video call. It feels more like shopping for shoes but needing permission from someone to complete the transaction versus a medical conversation. I've had good results though, lost a little over 30 lbs in 10 months.

Using weightcare has been an easy process! The doctor replies are quick and the shipments are prompt. I do wish pricing was a bit better for the full dosages, I can only afford the lite, but overall a good experience!

I’ve had great success with the program. Shipments are like clockwork. My only issue is lately (the past 3-4 months) I’ve had to contact customer support for my update/survey email. Even though i faithfully check my junk mail. But the issue is promptly resolved.

Worth the cost and easy to use!

I have with weight Care for a while and the shipments are always on time. I enjoy the fact that I can reschedule shipment whenever I'm not home to accept it.
