Joined 6 months ago. What it’s doing well: the available items are terrific. The style of the bags and jewelry and the quality are amazing. It’s actually high-end stuff and you can tell they go through great care. The notification system works well. The shipping is fast. Customer service is top notch. What they can do better: they need more stuff haha but everytime there’s low availability they bring in a lot of stuff. I also realized the best times to find things are Monday and Wednesday afternoons. I also wish they had a Select plan where I can order two Select items. Overall I’ve been very happy and look forward to trying the new things!

I found Switch through an IG ad. I subscribe to a lot of different fashion rentals and Switch has blown me away. The value is just amazing. I have already rented a Chanel and Gucci bag. I loved the bags. Got tons of compliments. Quality is great too. Also have to give some love to the customer service.

Lol some of the negative reviews are laughable. People giving it a rating without even trying it. Well, here’s my ACTUAL experience: My sign up process was super easy. I signed up for Core, was loving it. Got to try out 4 Bags and 2 bracelets and 2 earrings. Then after a few weeks, signed up for the waitlist for Select. I was excited to try Select after getting a feel for the membership with Core, and I didn’t wait too long to get off the waitlist. It felt like only a few days but maybe because I was a member it was faster. Select was such an incredible upgrade from Core! Yes, it’s pricier but the type of bags are truly luxury. I am loving the experience from A-Z and I'm seeing myself hold onto my bags for a lot longer. The availability is nice and I learned when to look at the site (they say Monday afternoons and Wednesday afternoons have the best selection). The quality of the bag is really good, and you can tell they spend a lot of time with upkeep. Shipping speed exceeded my expectation and customer service speed was amazing. I’m into sustainable fashion, vintage and just an overall value-hunter so this has been a huge win for me. Definitely recommend it if you’re into luxury brands. It’s just such a good way to add to your closet.

Love this company! I have been a member for about 3 years now (think I was one of the early members), and it keeps getting better. I initially used it for Hermes and David Yurman bracelets (which they have an amazing selection of) to mix and match with my outfits. Now that they have the select option, I use it for expensive handbags - LOVING my Chanel purse! The items are amazing, but also the customer service is top notch. I have had a few issues (rarely), and they have always responded right away and been very helpful. The only downside (not really a downside), is that I love some of the pieces so much that I end up buying them!

I signed up for the Core 1 membership as a surprise for my girlfriend. The order arrived in a few days and she was pretty excited about it. Switch has a great selection. Sophie Ratner and Do Not Disturb are nice choices for fine jewelry and they have a lot of classic pieces too from what we’ve seen so far. Returns are easy by FedEx since I’m the one shipping back returns most of the time 😂. Looking forward to upgrading to Select in the future. Switch seems to have a lot of unique handbags that will be great for date night.

Very happy to be a Switch member. Luxury accessories keep going in price and are hard to get (I love them though lol). So trying out Switch was an easy decision and because it’s monthly I didn’t feel like it was commitment. I was so happy and pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of the items. I quickly upgraded to an Annual plan and shortly upgrade to Select once I was admitted. Best best best decision. I feel so smart haha. Love being member!!!!

This subscription has been such a cool & glamorous experience. I joined and rented a real Chanel handbag, in only 2 days I got it home! My first month I made 5 exchanges, honestly having this service makes my whole look so much better and it's so affordable. My second month I rented a Gucci bag I liked so much I just kept it the whole month, now i'm planning my summer travel wardrobe and this is going to be such an asset. Definitely recommend, such a fashion hack
