SwitchReviews of joinswitch.com

I joined, was charged my membership plus an additional $300 I was not I formed of beforehand. Nothing I wanted was available, literally not a single piece. I sent an email requesting my membership be canceled and received a response stating my account had been flagged and they couldn't accept me. Whatever helps them sleep at night. Either way, it's a pass. The retail markup is laughable.

If I could give them a 0, I would! I recently joined, they took my fees & before I could get anything they canceled my membership! I received an email stating their payment software flagged my account for evaluation & decided to decline my membership! I've had a membership with Vivrelle for quite sometime so I guess I'll stick with the better company! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SWITCH AT ALL! Horrible company!

This company is selective on who they choose as a member which in my opinion is non-inclusive, they use an excuse as their third party company flagged me which makes no sense because there is not any issues with my payment methods!! They never would give me a good explanation. Seems a bit discriminatory if you ask me. Don’t bother with this company!

I was getting marketing emails from Switch and finally signed up to try it. Hours later I received an email stating my account was flagged by a third party and as a result my membership, subscription, and order were cancelled. They did not share more information when I asked for clarification. Don’t waste your time; you’re far better off investing in any of the many more established, organized luxury rental subscription services.

I joined Switch as a gift to myself for accomplishing a huge milestone at work. What I got was a $300 hold on my card, which they do NOT make clear unless you travel to the FAQ. The lack of transparency is just wild. They claim it falls off in 24 hours, and yet here I am 4 days later waiting for my $300 and customer service could care less EDIT: The charge fell off on day 6. Still do not recommend.

I've been a member for years, but only because I wasn't really paying attention. PAY ATTENTION. I rented 2 pieces for over a year, and finally realized it wasn't cost effective as they were my 2 favorite pieces and I could buy them brand new much cheaper. So I started to look at the retail prices and realized that they were telling us the retail prices.... hundreds of dollars inflated. I had just assumed they were correct!! They were not. I cancelled and bought both of my rented pieces directly from the designer for hundreds less than they were offering the pieces. They are lying. Apparently you cannot trust them - live and learn.

This is a legit company but there is something wrong here. I have been borrowing from this company for two years now I decided to continue the membership after one year because I spoke to a manager who gave me some insights on how to get the best out of the company. My complaint was that I could never get to borrow what I want because the items that I want are always not available. Ok I understand that the customer gets to keep the items as long as they want but come on almost two years now and all the items that I want to borrow is still not available? Either they claim to have these products and advertise it on their site or something fishy is happening here. two years and I can't borrow the items I really want. Makes no sense

Sounded great till the sapphire butterfly necklace showed up missing 8 sapphires and I instantly knew that this is a scam. They also charged me for the full year instead of the introductory 23$ for that month. My credit card sided with the company and so I was out 300$. Now, A YEAR LATER they just charged me 400$ on the same card. This is a scam and the products are not real designer. Don't be a sucker like I was.
