Relentless (joinrelentless.com) is where busy, ambitious professionals go to land their next role - without doing the grunt work themselves. We find the jobs, tailor your resume, apply for you, email hiring managers directly, and fill your calendar with interviews. Then we coach you to pass them and negotiate the offer up. Most of what you pay comes only after you accept an offer, because our incentives are tied to yours. We won't promise you a specific salary or timeline - anyone who does is guessing. What we will do is run a relentless search on your behalf and tell you the truth at every step.

30+ interviews, a resume glow-up, and a 150K offer
I'm a software engineer and Relentless made my search genuinely fast. I had 30+ interviews and landed an offer around $150K, quicker than I expected going in.
The biggest thing for me was the resume. The change was huge. I sounded kind of silly before, honestly, and now it sounds so, so good. I'm going to use this version for every job I ever apply to from here on out, lol.
Between the resume overhaul and the volume of interviews they generated, the whole thing just moved. If you're in tech and want momentum in your search, I'd recommend them.

The real deal in a market full of skepticism
I just want to throw in my two cents here as a real customer of Relentless, and I totally understand where the skepticism comes from. In a market full of overpriced or underdelivering services, it's hard to know who to trust. That said, based on my personal experience, Relentless is absolutely the real deal. Huge thanks to Kareem and his entire team for their dedication and support throughout the process.
What truly stood out to me was how effective their system was at generating interview opportunities. I went from struggling to get callbacks to having a packed interview schedule. The increase in traction wasn't just incremental, it was game-changing. They helped me get in front of FAANG+ companies I wouldn't have had access to otherwise.
Job hunting today is a numbers game. Even if the odds of converting each interview into an offer are relatively low, volume matters. If you stick with it and don't give up, the last offer you land is the only one that counts. That was absolutely true in my case. It wasn't instant and it wasn't effortless, but with persistence and Relentless on my side, I got there.
If you're serious about landing a job and willing to put in the work, I genuinely believe Relentless can help you succeed. They helped me, and I'm grateful for it.

american express offer
Cornell alum here. I join relentless a while ago and they got me interview at Tesla, Apple, and an offer at American Express.
These are companies that, frankly, I had trouble getting interviews for in the past. Relentless works because they're honestly really good at outreach, so you circumvent all the 500+ people who apply through the application portal. The whole process took around 6 months, so I was a bit of a "longer search"
I actually found out about Kareem through a mutual friend. We crossed paths briefly in SF. When I was ready to job search, I asked around to make sure he was legit, and the people I trusted vouched for him. And I'm glad they did.
I was coached directly by Kareem, and honestly, he changed my outlook on recruiting and outreach. The guy is razor sharp. He's Ex-McKinsey, super deep in sales/marketing and just relentless about helping you get results. He's one of those people who's always "ON". He replies fast, offers honest feedback, and actually gives insightful advice, not generic fluff.
I'd recommend Relentless to anyone who doesn't have the time or energy to mass-apply.
They sent out over 1,000 apps for me and I was getting 1-2 interviews a week consistently, minus the Winter Holidays. It was nice to just feel taken care of and have momentum while I focused on prep for the interviews and side-projects.

Strong results in a HARD market
My experience was that Relentless was effective at increasing interview volume and exposing me to opportunities that I would not have otherwise encountered.
The primary challenge throughout my search was the market itself rather than the service. Over the course of more than a year of searching, I experienced extremely lengthy interview processes, multiple rounds, presentations, assignments, and situations where companies either delayed hiring decisions or ultimately chose not to fill positions at all.
Despite those challenges, Relentless did succeed in generating meaningful interview activity and expanding the number of opportunities available to me.

lies
emailed by CEO and told no up front fee, then other female team member has big problem with that, aggressive challenged me, then wasn't willing to continue and honor CEO's commitment and ended call.
Business is based on trust. If unwilling to honor commitment, how can I trust you to fulfill your part if I pay in advance?
Response from JoinrelentlessMay 22, 2026
Michael, with all due respect - you were never a Relentless customer; you had a 30-minute admissions call with our team to validate whether there was a two-way fit.
No service had been purchased, no commitment had been made, no money had changed hands.
We have dozens of such admissions calls daily, and many prospects are not a fit for our service, for a variety of reasons. That's fine, it is designed to be an exploratory call and there are never hard feelings when either side deems the fit to be not quite the right one.
On the call, our admissions representative did her best to clarify that there is a setup fee upfront, and the realization fee is 10% of the first-year base salary (only if we place you). You then used a more aggressive tone to argue your point and the conversation ended shortly thereafter.
If you have a genuine inquiry about the model and want to discuss your fit, please email [email protected]
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Relentless Management

This company is a scam company
This company is a scam company. Their CEO/Founder Kareem Abukadra emails you with a ChatGPT generated punchline to get you on the phone.
They charge a ridiculous $7000 dollar, non-refundable setup fee that covers getting you multiple interviews, tailoring your resume, and preparing you for interviews.
Then, if you get an offer, they charge you 10 percent of your base salary. Complete robbery and scam. You are not even guaranteed to get the job, or interviews for that matter, so you lose 7000 dollars regardless.
Why would anyone use this service when reputable recruiters are reaching out to everyone with a decent background on LinkedIn and will get you interviews, give your resume advice, and prepare you for interviews for free? STAY AWAY!!!
Response from JoinrelentlessMay 22, 2026
Lincoln, respectfully - you were never a Relentless customer. You're describing a company whose services you didn't engage as "a scam." That's a dangerous and disingenuous word to toss out there - because how would you know if you never even used us?
Our pricing is exactly as you described it. Setup fee upfront to cover search costs, then 10% of your first-year base salary (only if we place you). We don't hide the fees. We actively discuss and walk all prospective clients through the fee structure on the admissions call before anyone pays. Quite often there is not a mutual fit, and that is fine. It doesn't mean we are a fraud, it simply means we are a higher-end solution that may not be right for some.
On results: there are 60+ video testimonials (visit joinrelentless.com/reviews) from clients - with their LinkedIn profiles attached, so anyone reading this can verify outcomes themselves rather than take our word for it.
The 10% placement fee only applies when we actually land you a role. That's our "guarantee" structure.
On the cold email: yes, we do outbound. If the opener didn't land for you, fair. That's a style preference. We don't scam or spam anyone, because we always show up for the admissions call, and we ultimately deliver a highly valued service to those that become clients.
Thanks for your interest in learning about Relentless.
Sincerely,
Relentless Management
