Relentless changed my career and the way I look for jobs. I used them to get into tech and found the experience transformative and extremely valuable, in addition to helping me land a role I would have never gotten on my own. It took a leap of faith and I have felt it was the best investment I’ve made for my career since college. I was interviewing weekly with multiple companies and was walked through every stage until I had 2 offers and raised my TC by 80k.

LMFAO. What a joke. Piss off scammer. Literally ANYTHING that has you paying to find a job is the very definition of a scam. It's stupid to even pay for job listing subscriptions. They are completely unnecessary. So, whether it's a "job search" or some other lie. It's ALL a scam. REAL hunters work on COMMISSION ONLY. This whole "up front fee" business is nothing but a scam. It provides NO incentive what so ever for the hunter to do anything worth a shit. They take the fee and send you shit you could find on linkedin yourself. As the saying goes, there's a sucker born every minute and this is exactly the service for those suckers. Your sh it is so bad that you're ashamed to use your own domain, or it's already been blacklisted and you have to use more fake domains. prnt .sc/JNxWMtEYWgH- <-- SS Showing his f ckin spam from spam domains.

I would not have landed this role without Relentless. I’ll say that upfront. The interviews came in consistently and were actually relevant to what I was targeting. But the bigger wins came from tools I didn’t even know were available, like the offer thesis and negotiation support. After being rejected for a role in June, I used Relentless’s offer thesis framework to go back to that company and make the case for a broader strategy. The COO asked me to write a 90-day execution plan, then asked me to write the job description. I started as Senior Director in a role I essentially created. At the same time, Relentless had me in late-stage interviews for higher-paying roles. That gave me real leverage to negotiate a better base salary and title for the position I actually wanted. Kareem’s strategy calls were direct and no-nonsense, which pushed me to show up better. Fair warning though: this takes real effort on your end. The results are there if you put in the work.

I was already putting in the work myself - customizing resumes, figuring out the right person to reach out to at each company. But it was incredibly time-consuming, and it took multiple touchpoints just to get in front of someone. I'd landed a couple of interviews on my own, but I kept second-guessing my approach - should I be going through head hunters, or some other route? When I researched Relentless, it was clear they'd take everything I was already doing - customized outreach, contacting the specific companies I wanted - and do it better and at scale. It was a no-brainer; I wanted to take things up a notch. And they delivered. They found the right contacts everywhere, even at companies where I couldn't track anyone down myself. On top of that, they coached me on how to interview well. I don't have the time to do all of this on my own. I wanted to delegate it - and they did it great.

The relentless team got me exactly what they promised: the next level up in my field with excellent compensation. It was such a gift, being able to spend my time on skill development and networking rather than company research and application handling. I didn’t have to fill out forms or look at rejections, just show up for interviews. I’m impressed and grateful for the services.

I am a repeat client of Relentless and have recommended it to all my family and friends. My first experience was so great that I decided I will never look for a role without their amazing client success team! The second role they placed me on was even better than the first one. The peace of mind you have when you know there is a team helping you find your next role is priceless. Working with them has been the best investment for my life and career.

If you're seeking a senior or a specialized role, Relentless is worth considering! They got me a job that unfortunately didn't last very long. They restarted the search free of cost; it took time (that's just the state of the market right now) but they kept going! The team has been professional and easy to work with. I share other reviewers' concern that some negative filters in their platform didn't seem to work. It's not a cheap service - be sure to read the fine print and that all the terms of your agreement are in writing!

Relentless helped me land a Director-level role, and what I appreciated most was that they handled the job search and application process for me, along with interviewing and negotiation tutoring. Instead of spending hours every week applying to jobs, I was able to focus on preparing for interviews and having conversations with hiring managers. The one thing I'd mention is that there is a fee, and it's not cheap, so go in knowing that. For me, though, it was worth it. If you're serious about finding your next role and want to save time while giving yourself a better shot at landing interviews, you really do get what you pay for.
