The entire concept of Reel is amazing. I most definitely will be making more purchases here. Easy way to get exactly what you want w/o worrying about the cost. You just have to have patience

So far so good

So far so good! I started reel’ing at the end of January beginning of February. Had some ups and downs. Wish there was a way for us to make the changes without having to email and wait on a reply. Other then that reel’ing is fun and I don’t feel guilty.

The service was amazing. I was a bit disappointed when the item I was saving for was out of the color I selected, however, it's not their fault. I did get another color and love it just as much. The teams are awesome, kept me updated on my savings so i didn't have to keep logging in and were very professional and quick to respond to any inquiries I had. Will certainly start another reel soon.

I love the concept. Customer service has always been super helpful and easy to work with. I think there are still some kinks to work out, such as not being able to "heart" something once you click on it, and then being brought to the top of the search page again when you click back. One thing that would be cool is to partner with vendors who have rewards programs, like Sephora, so that we can responsibly save for and buy those big ticket items through Reel, but still get our member rewards points.
