Amazing customer service

This is a GENIUS idea to pay for expensive things over a period of time, instead of charging your credit cards or paying upfront thousands of dollars! I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re gonna notice/miss the daily deductions from your bank account. Even $10/day ADDS UP! My first reel was a Gucci bag I had been eyeing for YEARS! Never could bring myself to pay 1200 upfront, my only Two complaints would be The outsourcing for the items, I’m used to ordering straight from The designer website, I enjoying all the packaging & to me it proves authenticity without question.(But I did my research & Net A Porter is Legit!) ..& the processing time from the last payment day until they ship your item, as a first timer it had me kind of skeptical, but I received my bag & I love it! I will be back for more items !

I just finished my second Reel and I’m in love! I got a Gucci belt 😍👌🏻 They did next day shipping when I asked how long it was going to take, like what?! The customer service is unreal amazing!

I’m not totally convinced that this company and their process is legit. I’m certainly not impressed with the process after my payments were completed. I honestly now feel that I should have just saved my money on my own, made my purchase, and had my item shipped and delivered in a timely manner! I will consider updating my review when and IF I actually receive what I paid for but right now, I’m not convinced that it will happen! UPDATE: I did not receive my birthday gift to myself and I am extremely disappointed. The package was”left on my porch”, however, it actually wasn’t and probably misdelivered... The reason I decided to update my review and change the low rating is because of Ashley. Although I do not like how some things are done, she has been awesome every step of the way with this! I hope to get a resolution on my issue and get a chance to enjoy Reel...

I always get great help from the reps. When something is unavailable they let you know and give you an alternative or you can also just transfer your funds to a different reel.
