Good experience with fast service.

A once good company has now turned into a scam. After getting started with my initial starter pack, the company wants to put you on these alternative protocols, and then doesn't even stick to the protocols! The response time is lacking and the shipments aren't sent to ensure the integrity of the medication.

Trying to get your medication refilled and trying to get a reply from support is like pulling teeth. This has been the most painful experience! I’ve been made late on my medication multiple times now and they will promise to send your medication overnight but they won’t ever keep their promises! The only upside about this company is that they’re cheap and price match, but it isn’t worth it with the stress you’re put through with constantly having the date of your next dose changed because they fail to act in a timely manner or not being able to contact a Dr on time if you’re having any medical concerns. Other companies have this shipped overnight and it’s usually a 1-3 day process altogether with an appointment and everything and drs always respond within 24 hours. It’s been over 2 weeks now. I’ve been out of my medication and it’s been one false promise after another. I will never go through this company again! Only go through this company if you’re desperate and can’t afford any other route because you’ll be begging for your medication to be sent! I feel like a desperate ex contacting them every other day for an update on when I should expect my medication to be sent because it’s been nearly a month since I completed all the steps for a refill.

I ordered weight loss meds from QueenRX and they were solid during my first order, They've been anything since. Inconsistent feedback from their customer service folks. Overcharges. Delays. Missed shipping dates. No telephone number. And the list goes on! Went from a 4.5 to a 1.5 in 2 months. There must be better out there!?
