They mean what they say, I had an issue with another company that advertised they were not recurring charges. When they sent the medication without being asked I was told that the prescription was a a recurring prescription. Whatever that means. Obviously I am not dealing with them anymore.

I've read the bad reviews and have not had any of those issues what so ever, my process with this company has been five stars from Initial order to refill. As a matter of fact my order sat in an ups truck for over 24 hours in over 100 degree weather and the customer service quickly reordered my Rx. During the refill process it was also very quick and smooth, reordered on a Thursday and had the Rx on my doorstep by Tuesday.
