Positive customer service interaction.
I have been with Polly (Piper) since February 2026. I have had a great experience. The delivery is always on time and when reaching out to speak to a doctor or customer service with questions or requests the response has alwya been helpful and in a timely manner.

Polly has been wonderful so far, they answer my questions in a very short amount of time, helped me out with my billing, got it sorted out. Keeping me updated where my order is. Im very pleased!! So far their prices seem the best. Would def recommend

This company has made my journey so easy. The price is very reasonable, product is great, medication comes on time. They provide reminders when payment will be due and offer you a delay if needed. Response to questions or concerns are quick. I have never had an issue and highly recommend this company.
