I cannot believe how well this company responds to requests and questions. I have had trouble with two other businesses not responding, taking forever for refills, and ignoring questions. But within 20 minutes of my initial screen I had a response from a doctor, who was able to answer questions, and my prescription was sent in immediately. Two days later and it has already been shipped. I am amazed at the customer service and am so glad I made the switch.

The whole truth. There is no telephone support which I did not like at first. But if you take the time to learn the online system the tools you need are all there and the response time is excellent. Customer service can and will address your issues to your satisfaction using the online platform. Take the time to learn to use the software provided. It is designed to help you succeed. The meds I received worked great and I have literally been able to change my life with the help of this company. Glad that I chose this company out of the sea of online providers out there.

I placed my first order in January and promptly received meds in a cold pack with instructions clearly printed on each vial. General instructions were also sent via message to my account. I had success losing weight on the initial dose, so just stayed on 2.5 mg. It was also easy to refill for the subsequent three months.
