I had tried another online service before going to Polly and was so disappointed with that other one. No weight loss and the support was terrible. I'm almost to my goal weight and every time I contact Polly I get quick responses from both the customer service and doctors! The deliver of the product is always prompt and they were great when I requested a change in the delivery due to a trip I was about to take.

10/10..The sign up process is super simple. You fill out the questionnaire and then have a quick phone call with the doctor and you’re all set up. This is actually my 2nd time using Polly. I had to contact customer service to restart my treatment. They responded within minutes. My order was delivered in 2 days via UPS. If you’re looking to start your weight loss journey I would recommend Polly 100%.
