Exceptional Clinical and Customer Service Experience! I highly recommend JoinPolly!
I've been with JoinPolly (formerly JoinPiper) for more than 6 months and their Customer Service and intake process has been extremely professional and simple! Their Customer Service Team is exceptional, friendly, and the approval process is simple and the care team is very responsive in answering questions and listening. I highly recommend JoinPolly! Missing Meds
I received my shipment but my medication was missing from the package. I contacted Cheryl and she was able to get a replacement dose approved in less than 24 hours. I appreciate her professionalism and quick resolution to this issue.
