Aside from the medication, which I’m totally happy with…lost 45 pounds so far…I didn’t believe it was possible but it’s true! You should know their customer service is exceptional. Any questions and concerns are answered promptly and they follow up to a timely resolution. I tried another provider because it was cheaper but I got stuck in limbo land and they took my money and I never got my meds. Only issue I had was with a delay from the pharmacy but it was addressed. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

James responded quickly to a message I sent to Piper and he worked to help resolve the issue, which he did very quickly!

Support has been very helpful. James was wonderful at addressing my concerns. My orders always ship fast. I'm so happy with my results since joining Polly. I started January 10th 2016 at 260 lbs and today October 18th 2026 Im 174 lbs. No complications, service has been very good.

James was excellent. He went above and beyond to help me through my order and Polly, James and his team came through when my last order ended with 1 full bottle and 3/4 of another because the choice i made with the B12 did not work for me making me sick. It was not the medicine because i used before another dosage and compund that worked great. It was my body i suppose. I knew they could not take the medicine back or i could return but they did do a good job of helping me get my previous order and provided a generous offer for my first order by making sure I continued as a client which i will. They are first class and highly recommend Polly.

I like the app and tracking the injections as well as side effects and weight loss. I love the chat option and getting to talk to the folks who can answer questions about how and when to take the injections and most recently LOVE that the team is working with me as I figure out where managing and no longer actively losing lays for me. This process has been 100% successful for me and I am so very grateful!!

Respectful support, despite the support being needed to cancel my subscription. The agent was truly helpful, listened, offered solutions but was not pushy, and respected my decision. Polly’s a great company to purchase from.
