Very unhappy with the product. No results like other meds i have tried.

Product didn't work. I didn't feel any difference after taking it. I bought a 3 month supply and it was all the same strength. I messaged that it wasn't working & needed an adjustment, I never got a response or refund. So money back guarantee was false.

I was told by the agent on live chat that I could get a full refund if the dosage was different than what I requested. When the amount was in fact lower and I requested to cancel I was then told they would retain a $40 fee for the processing. I showed them the original transcript and they acknowledged I was misinformed but stood by their policy of charging this fee for no services rendered.

I was trying to lose the freaking baby weight for almost 3 years, and nothing really worked for me. Then I found piper and it just clicked. I am finally starting to feel like myself again like how i felt before pregnancy. i would say its all in you the consistency is needed but what piper does engaged me when i was distracted.

I had an issue with the billing, they answered all my questions, and helped resolve it for me...... then fast forward to a couple days later. I was supposed to receive my meds on Friday 4/3, they didn't arrive until 4/6. Upon arrival both ice packs were thawed and room temp and internal temp of bag was also room temp, making the med room temp. Upon contacting support about this and telling them there is no way for me to know how long the med was not cold and asking if it was safe, I was told "their pharmacy expects for the ice packs to melt and that's why the meds are sent in a bag that is temp controlled and that the first thing I should do is place my meds in the fridge, like I already did" Then ended the conversation. No mention of my worry about time frame of how long the meds could have been room temp, or safe.

Upon my intake process they automatically assumed to start me on a high dose. Prior to the shipment leaving and during completing my intake process I realized there is no official meeting with a live doctor. The doctor will send you prescription information through there online messenger. When I realized it was incorrect and asked for it to be adjust to lower doses. I was ignored after several attempts with customer service and the 'doctor". I finally heard from someone after my shipment was already being shipped and after I requested cancelation. Now they adjusted my medication using what was provided to me. 3 months worth! I recently contacted them to let them my vials will expire before completing the 3 months I have paid for. They blamed me for incorrect intake. They transferred me multiple times in email. There is no phone lines. No other contacts. Just email. No one is helping me anymore. They stopped communications with me. They cancelled my account! Im out $645 and have 2.5 unused vials and are about to expire!! No refund, no replacement vials.

I started with Piper 4 weeks ago (Just took my 4th injection on Saturday, the 4th) I filled out the intake form, submitted a picture of myself along with my photo ID, I was approved within HOURS. They literally shipped my meds next day and I had them within 2 days of being approved. I chose the 6 month plan, so they shipped me the first 3 vials, with the next 3 being shipped to me in May. I'm down 20 lbs already. It was a little pricier than say Refills, but for 200 bucks a month (No matter the strength of the Tirz, the price stays the same) and no membership fee, this is a great company to start your compounded journey with. Highly recommend.

I never received any instructions! Nothing to show how to fill the syringe, where to give the shot. I have asked repeatedly, but all I get are AI bot (canned) replies.
