I wish I could give it a zero. Total waste of money. I had better results with Trim rx. Food noise is back 100%. This compound is fake. Meds were not cold when they arrived. This company is a scam.

I want to write a review due to all the negative things I saw for this company. I ordered my items before I even read any reviews, so I was very spectacle about the shots even working to begin with. I got approved within hours for compound tirzepatide and my shipment was at my door in less than 3 days. I started my medication in February and so far I’ve lost 30 lbs. this is my first time ever taking some sort of weight-lost medication. I am excited to continue on my journey and will continue to use this company.

I've used them for 8 months. I received my medication fast. Doctors and pharmacy have both been responsive to my questions. I think their website could be improved or be more user friendly. Otherwise I'd give them 5 stars. I've gone from 168lbs to 138lbs so far.

I had previously been going to a med spa and had great results. I switched to Piper because it was less expensive. I have been on my shots from piper for 3 months and have gained 6 lbs. These shots are at double the amount of medication that I had been taking at my previous place. I had no appetite suppression nothing gave any constipation as I had previously experienced. Yesterday I went back to my old med spa, took the lowest dosage available and have zero appetite at all today. I feel completely duped by Polly. I feel that the vials they sent me for $648 were nothing but water. Buyer beware, for sure.

Was told I was signing up for 6 month supply. That was a lie! And it takes almost 24 hours to get a chat back from their chat feature on the website. They have now changed names to Polly so beware

People who are complaining about communication may not have taken the time to learn to use the online customer service and features of the website. I was frustrated at first but once I took the time to read the frequently asked questions and learn how to navigate and use their website I realized everything was there and worked well. I just needed to take the time to learn to use it. Customer service online was excellent and answered my questions same day. If you are frustrated make sure and learn to use the website. It is full of good advice and tools to help you succeed. Their online customer service is excellent. I just needed to learn to use it.

I pulled a pair of jeans out of the back of my closet that haven't fit since 2021. They zipped up today with room to spare. I am so happy.

First of all they just changed their name from join piper to join Polly. So they are now Polly not piper and I see why. They were doing terrible and now they are already doing terrible under the new name. Initial vials came timely but it’s been impossible speaking to anyone and they don’t seem to know what the hell they are doing . They told me 50 units for 7.5 mg and now that I am supposed to go to 10 mg they sent 12.5 and then said 50 units which is literally the same amount they told me for 7.5 mg so clearly they have idiots running things and not actual medical professionals. I am so angry that I selected this company!
