The young lady who picked me up was very clean, courteous, and helpful. I really felt bad for her because she was lost for 15 minutes or so because of an incorrect address and the difficulty of finding the address. However she was mostly interested in being sure I did not encounter any inconvenience because of it , which I surely did not. I intend to use this service again whenever I need transportation and hope to have her or someone of equal qualities fill my request. Thank you

I can’t say enough about papa. We use papa to transport my 88 year old mother to her job; yes she still wants to work!! After taking her car away 6 months ago because it was becoming a danger not only to herself but others on the road we found PAPA which takes her to and from work 5 days per week. The Papa pals are kind, patient and very professional. Papa customer service is excellent , every time I have contacted them for one reason or another I have been very impressed on how well they take care of their customers. I would recommend Papa to anyone. My mother is extremely happy with this service .
