Hi! All of the tasks are posted in their Papa Pal app and each pal has the ability to accept what they would like to do depending on their preferences and have the ability to contact the member beforehand to get a better understanding of the request.

Hi Tamar, we're releasing a new app this week with a lot of new functionalities. We hope you change your rating after that update. We're also creating new communication policies with our Pals.
