Good job by your staff

My grandparents use this service and are habitual complainers. I was helping with some handyman work around their place when a Papa employee arrived to return and replace some groceries that another employee has picked up for them. They were dissatisfied with the items the previous employee had purchased off of their list. Jimmy, the one taking care of the situation, was exceptionally polite and understanding amidst a potentially frustrating situation. My grandfather is incredibly hard of hearing and Jimmy repeated himself multiple times anytime he spoke. His amount of patience and genuine willingness to help was incredible. This review is specifically for Jimmy in the southwest Michigan area, as I don’t know a lot about the company or it’s other employees.

I use this service to pickup my groceries, doctor visits. Just found out I could use service to drive me to hair appointment & for errands. I’ve never had a problem.

I called to schedule transportation to an appointment 101 days prior to needing the ride. I was contacted 4 days prior to my appointment to verify I had transport the following day? I said that was not the date I had requested transport. This person was located outside of my state and had no record of my request, they only made reminder calls. I informed him of when I actually needed transport and was told an uber would be my transport. I was alarmed that they had lost my request. I called the original number in the state where I reside. Yes they had a record of my request but no driver, I may need to take an uber. The hospital would not release me to an uber, I needed escort to my door per their standards. 24 hours prior to my appointment I called again and now they had a driver The driver was very helpful, on time, professional, knew the best route during rush hour traffic and attentive when escorting me home. It was a nerve racking experience

The service worked out great. My driver was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I have been with this company for almost a year. I have had very positive experiences with them. This company grew so fast and of course it will have issues, what company doesn't? I have always been paid and when the app fails i send in a ticket. I get paid within 24 hours. Not once did they ever keep money from me and always have been super kind and efficient when helping with any issue. They have worked out the bugs of being new and are doing well by me. Its my responsibility to bring to them any billing issues and I help with my clients when they have concerns. People need to stop complaining about what they are not getting and whining about things that the humans at the company are working on. Start being kind, or get out of the business of working with seniors.

My 86 yo Mom no longer drives but still needs to run errands. She is in FLA on her own as I am located on the West Coast. She is very mobile but moves slowly and needs assistance with packages, steps, etc. Mom just needs errand running every few weeks and Papa was perfect! The driver/caregiver was patient, kind, and was very friendly. Mom really enjoyed her company. It was a 10 out of 10 experience! Mom will be back!
