Hey Doris! We are so sorry for this and after reviewing your information and your location we were actually newer in that area at that time and did not have many pals locally. Therefore we had pals travel farther distances to accommodate your visits. However, we are now completely servicing your area and if you would be willing to try us again we will offer your next visit for free and can guarantee a 5 star experience! :)

Hi Ciara! We have recently increased pay and offer additional weekly bonuses to incentivize more visits. Also, with the app you have the ability of accepting visits with the tasks listed whether it is house help, car rides, etc. We understand everyone has different preferences and urge you to only accept the type of visits you enjoy doing.

Hi Sara, we're sorry to read you gave us a 2-star rating. Next week we'll be starting to reimburse gas for Pals that drive more than 5 miles to a visit. We hope you start accepting visits again.

Hi Vanessa, sorry for that experience. We've been working in a lot of new features for the app, which is going to be released this week. These fixes will improve the whole experience. We also created a new payment model where we're going to reimburse our Pals for gas if they drive more than 5 miles to a visit.
