I have been working at PaPa Pals for one month know and l love the Job. It’s very rewarding to see the happy faces of the members when you take them on an errand or to the doctors or just while engaging in uplifting conversation together. It really brightens their day and my day to make a difference in an elderly or not so elderly persons life. I have many steady members already that have requested me. I am happy that l can help them and make their life’s a lot easier for them. I have referred a friend and she’s now a PaPa pal worker too and l will keep referring others. Started working for Papa over 7 months ago and the moment I finished my very first visit, I knew that this part time job would be rewarding! Now over 100 visits completed and over 200 hours. Signing up was easy. Finding a Pal that needed help was self-explanatory. I was able to help someone who needed me and also provide companionship to this person. It was just like hanging out with your grandparent. Super rewarding!
