Hello Mr. Coggeshall, I'm sorry that this experience with your Pal was subpar. We arranged the preferences of your account to only accept a Pal with a large car to accommodate to your needs. Plesae reach out to us if you are having an issue like this so that we may rectify it then and there. I do appreciate that despite the difficulty found in the appointment that it was fulfilled. I'm glad we have been able to provide a few excellent Pals to visit and assist you! While it is true that the billing department does not have telephonic conversation, there is an email that you may use to reach out to them: [email protected]. However, I believe you were assured in your last conversation that we are investigating the potential issue on our end and that we'd call you back at the end of this week. Please also call your bank to confirm as our system still shows proper payment, as per your last conversation with the office.
