Member was unavailable. I contacted Papa Pal by phone for 1.5 hours, as well as by chat support. When Miriam finally answered, she was unable to find visit. When I explained the situation and asked what happened, she asked was I looking for compensation (and did not answer my question). So I asked what was the compensation and she stated I would not be getting compensated. I asked to speak to supervisor. She said she was the supervisor. So I asked to speak to a manager. She was the manager. I asked for another manager. She said she would give my information to the supervisor that was unavailable. I do Not appreciate being lied to! I was told from a previous situation not to go to a member's house without confirmation from Papa when member is unresponsive or you will not be compensated. I explained that to Miriam and she stated that I didn't go to member's residence and take picture of door. I told her again I was told by them not to go over without confirmation. She stated that "will not be compensated." I asked for her manager. She said she will give my information to the director. I asked for another manager. She stated she would give my information to the supervisor that was not available. So now I have a manager from Papa call center that said her name was Miriam but lied about who she was, did not listen or answer my questions, and felt that she wasn't getting anywhere so she disconnected the call. That is very bad business and to be in a position of management makes the whole company look bad!
