I am a pappa member. I schedule a visit 11/03/2025 from12pm to 1pm. I scheduled the visit a week in advance. I have no food in the my house and no money to buy food. I wanted to go to the food bank to get food. Guess what. NOBODY SHOWED UP FOR MY VISIT. NOW I AM WITH OUT FOOD. Pappa does not care about their members àt all. U need food to survive. Pappa wants me dead.

The workers are treated as mere pawns and these people the support are very horrible to deal with there's not much support and it's very difficult sometimes you don't get paid and other issues you're treated as just a number

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The work being done to help people in need is beautiful and fulfilling, however, the customer service is abhorrent. I’ve been in a back and forth with them for over a week because they don’t want to reimburse me for the tolls I’ve paid in order to complete the visits. If you live in an area where you have to take toll roads, i would be very weary of taking those visits. I’ve spent more on tolls going to and from visits, than I made from the visits. When you call them out on this, they simply close out the request with no further word. Very disappointed that I will no longer be able to take visits outside of my city, and the connections that I made with clients will be lost. Such a shame.

decided to apply to become a Papa Pal. I completed their screening questions. Once that was done I looked at some short informational videos and answered knowledge questions related to handling the job. After I completed everything I received an email welcoming me. I went on the App and tried to if there were any jobs in my area bit I couldn't access anything. I kept trying no luck. I communicated to one of their chat associates they couldn't find me registered. I went back & forth sent a screenshot showing the acknowledgement which didn't make a difference. They told me I would need to do everything again. I felt they should have handled this differe tly I didn't do it again.

Disappointed by Lack of Human Interaction Review: I’m very disappointed with Papa.com. While their services are meant to help people, especially those who may not be very tech-savvy, their system is far from user-friendly. It’s nearly impossible to talk to a real person when you need help. Everything is automated, and the lack of human contact makes it frustrating to resolve issues or ask questions. For a business designed to assist people, this approach feels cold and impersonal. I expected better accessibility and support for all users, not just those comfortable with technology.

This service does not care a out the workers or the clients. It is impossible to get a straight answer from the support providers and safety is not a priority. Many insurance providers no longer offer the service so it's difficult to get work

I had a horrible experience trying to onboard to this site. After going through the majority of their steps and uploading my drivers license, I was told that my geographical location was not available via chat help! The app is a very bad app and the training videos only finished 50%.

Though the experience with the client was nice, the app itself is cumbersome. I have to utilize one app to look at incoming jobs, a different app to determine if the pay is there and another app to communicate with staff. The app did not provide amount for job until the job was accepted and completed. (No Bueno!) Now the amount of pay is in dispute, I am having to utilize a different platform (No link provided to direct me to).
