We have loved everything about Papa. It is a shame that we are not eligible to continue as our insurance provider has discontinued this program. I’ve been working for Papa since April 2022. I am 72 years old. In the beginning, I didn’t understand truly what the job was. I thought it was just companionship, for the elderly. When I went to my first two gigs, I loved the people, but didn’t enjoy the jobs they gave me. I had no idea this was expected of me. I work like a horse on both of those visits and decided it was not for me. A few months ago I was reading and I realized that Papa did transportation gigs. I decided to try it and I absolutely love it! I have met the nicest people plus driving is right up my alley along with making friends. Yesterday was a tough day because it was raining outside. I had three appointments. Two of them canceled, one just didn’t show up so she was a no-show.. Other than that I think it’s a wonderful place to work for. I called Papa when there was a no-show and I found they paid me for it anyway plus mileage and the bonus. I wish I would’ve found this along time ago. The support has been top-notch as well. I pray they never get rid of Papa Pal. it’s giving so much more of a purpose in my life plus, I am making good money as well.
