I wanted to personally reach out to you to further explain the situation. First of all, I'd like to apologize for the delay on the review of your documents. The reason you were able to smoothly go through the whole process previously is because it's automated up until the vehicle's document review. Then, a member of our team needs to personally go ahead and verify all the information, which we do within 48 business hours after submission. We do this for every potential Pal. As we are headquartered in Miami, FL, we were anticipating hurricane Dorian for the last couple of weeks, meaning that we were working under special circumstances that caused a slightly longer delay. In the system, it shows you uploaded your documents last Thursday night. The recruiters work on business days only and being that there was another day of the weekend, there was extra workload. However, your recruiter is working as hard as he can to make sure applications go through as timely as possible. Again, I'm sorry that you felt we weren't being serious with your application or personal information, and I would like to ensure you that is definitely not the case. We went ahead and moved you forward in the process, so please go ahead and follow through the next step. Kindly let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Hey Chris! I'm so sorry that you were in this position of frustration. We do as much make as we can to ensure you and other Pals feel comfortable enough to reach out to the team to keep conversation open. We have many tools placed in the app for Pals to assist you and others in tricky situations, i.e. a Pal Hotline, a chat service specifically to help when a Pal has some issue or question, etc. I apologize for the fault we had in you discomfort. We have updated our system now for you to see related details about the member. I'm proud that you were able to help the member in making it to her appointment and persevering past what could've been a smoother situation. If you were interested in helping another member at some time, I would hope this knowledge would help you make a smoother successful visit. We're just a call away if you need any additional help!

Catherine, we are very sorry for this experience as we try only to help as much as possible. Per our 24 hour guarantee we can only guarantee transportation scheduled outside of 24 hours. Unfortunately, your transportation request was scheduled a little after 3:00pm for an 8:00am pickup which we tried in our best abilities to fill and communicated as pro-actively as possible. If you would be willing to give us another opportunity we are confident we will provide you with an amazing experience and will extend this next visit to you for free.

Nancy, we attempted to go above and beyond for your airport requests and had a pal wait for 2 hours on your delayed flight in attempts to find you with no phone. Anne, we are very sorry for this experience and when we explained this last there were several factors that led to this poor experience. We have a 24 hour guarantee that guarantees visits scheduled outside of 24 hours and you scheduled your visit with your mother after 2pm for a 10:10am pickup. We would love to re-instill some trust into us and our service and would love to offer your a free visit should you be willing to take advantage of this offer.

Hi Oreal, we just opened Jacksonville. Soon, we'll have a lot of members in that area. I'm sorry but this is no reason to give us a 1-Star Rating :S
