Papa Pals offers great flexibility and you will likely meet some clients who will become your true friends over time. If you are looking for a supplemental income, this is perfect. Last second jobs may pay a bonus. You can even pick up jobs out of town if you're visiting someone for a length of time. On the negatives from my perspective, most of the jobs are just an hour or 2, and I would prefer longer jobs. Also, in my area, there just aren't a lot of jobs close to home. But, when I've been in larger cities, I see a Lot of jobs, so it all depends on where you're at.

I liked talking with the woman with whom I was there for companionship and house tasks for. I found out we had the same hobbies. We both love singing, card games and reading. I vacuumed the house which gave me my meditation time and exercise. It helped my mind and body and I also helped someone else in the process. What is better than that?!

Sigo pensando que la Empresa tiene una labor bella e importante, pero debe mejorar, y no poco, en sus procedimientos y atención a los PALs. El trabajo lleva más de un año en que ha disminuido, y no se sienten acciones proactivas para mejorar. Hasta Diciembre del 2023 trabajé exclusivamente con PAPA. A partir de Enero, 2024 fue imposible, ya que económicamente, no era, para nada, suficiente. Como ya dije, este año se perfila igual. Nota: Me pregunto porque empresas de seguros han dejado de tener nuestro Programa. He dejado de visitar a personas que realmente aprecio.

Being a Papa caregiver is great. You meet new people and get to know them a little better. Papa needs to upgrade thier response system, when you're in your car driving, you don't have time to text in thier chatbox, when you have a situation with your visit.

Papa pal is doing a phenomenal job by creating this great idea to serve in times of need, in our communities where help is very deserving. From my experience this is truly an empathetic outlook to see a great need and fill this bracket in humanity. Thank you Papa.
