Papa Pal gave my birthday to a third party vendor and I’m mad at them about this right now. They don’t have a care team that helps its members right now. I’m very disappointed about this right now.

I personally don’t think it’s professional enough. Thinking of maybe receiving some type of name tag or a t shirt to let clients know we are coming from company Papa pal. Also papa pal mentioned they pay mileage and that’s false information. People coming from far like myself to take these shifts and try to help people and our community for appreciate not getting paid for mileage.

So, once again, Papa failed to supply a ride I set up last week. A woman called asking me to cancel my ride home or change my plans. It doesn't work like that. I can't live here until you decide to do your job. She got all flustered when I suggested she set up an Uber, so she hung up on me. So I had to call back, where I ralked to Francisco who got it all fixed. Do better, Papa!

I was training with papa for 3 weeks which is the duration of training. Training is filled with a bunch of information and on the third week of training you take calls. For me I have only took calls for two days and was told by the trainer that she was concern that I didn’t know how to do the job. When in instance 1.it’s a lot of information to process and 2. There is truly no patience when it comes to new hires trying to learn and 3. The trainers need to be compassionate like they try to advertise in their company that they are a loving company. But yet they fired me only two days of taking calls just because the trainer “was concern”. Mind you the more calls you take the more you will be able to handle calls.

I have been a worked for papa pal since 2021. It started out great but now it is impossible to reach this company for any reason. I assisted a person on Friday with walking her two dogs. I started the visit prior to taking the dogs out for their hour and a half walk. Upon returning the dogs home I noticed that the app had not started the visit(a problem that has happened a few times in the past) so I contacted Papa Pal. After explaining to the customer representative via text message she said well I just have to take your word like I was lying about taking the dogs out because she couldn’t reach the client by phone. Now the visit no longer show on my account. I’m very disappointed. I don’t have any dogs and don’t mind helping people with dogs, but if I have to pick up the dogs poop I want to get paid for doing so! Not have the visit disappear altogether. Also if the description of what the Papa needs should be more accurate. When it comes to house cleaning. It shouldn’t say light house cleaning and you leave their homes drenched in sweat because what they really need is a full cleaning service. I don’t mind cleaning but at least be honest that I will be scrubbing walls and floors and toilets because they haven’t been cleaned in years. I’m not afraid of hard work being retired after 35 years of hospital patient care. I just don’t understand how this Papa pal system got so bad and out of control. I love most of the people I’ve been able to help over the years but now this company has me rethinking if I made a mistake continuing to work here. I hope you can fix this problem because these people really need our help.

My account has been "under review" for a couple weeks now. I have reached out via phone and email with no help Whatsoever. I Keep being told that somebody will contact me , but that is yet to happen. It's unfortunate because I was looking forward to working with papa pal

Please where are our 1099 tax forms So we can file our taxes? I have called Papa Pal support two times And verified my address! It is now January 31, 2023 and I want to file my taxes as a good citizen! Nothing from Papa Pal! I am very kind and very professional and Very hard working and I tried to bring A smile to my Papa Pal clients! However 95 percent of my papa pal Clients wanted heavy house cleaning and Heavy lawn work performed!! The papa pal clients did not want communication and companionship Only heavy house cleaning services!! This was my experience with 10 clients! Please send my tax forms soon!! I am a new client. I currently have a 1st ride reservations in the next 2 days to a very important appointment. The reviews are quite frightening to say the least. Stealing, fraud...workers wanted for serious crimes...no show for important appointments. Very scary....clearly a lawsuit in the making. How are the workers vetted? These are current reviews. Please help I live in NJ what has been the experience in this area. Please help.
