Have been called by 4 different persons. Not one of them had a clue about the other calls. Very disorganized. Got absolutely no where with these people.

On Jan 4, 2021 I called and requested that my account be closed and that the 1/4 charge to my card be reversed. On 2/3/21, my bank was charged again for $30.00- fraudulently. I called on 2/3/21, spoke to Alma, was on the phone with her for 12 minutes and then was disconnected. I need this matter to be resolved once and for all. I want both the 1/4/21 and 2/3/21 charges reversed, my account closed and written assurance that this will not happen again.

I did an application And I waited a week for my phone interview On the day of my phone interview I actually received a text message that said my phone interview had been cancelled No explanation as to why this is just too messy for me I am no longer interesting

The worst! Our 97 year old friend had arranged for Papa to pick her up to take her to a doctor appointment today. She had prearranged for them to send a sedan not a SUV as she is 4'8" and weighs some 80 lbs and it's hard for her to climb into a higher SUV. She called me so upset- they never showed. She waited and called and nothing. Tried to call a cab. She called her doctor to let them know she would be delayed and they cancelled her because Dr was leaving early today. Our friend had just taken a bad fall and really needed to see the doctor today. If I could give them Papa a 0, I would !

They don’t respond to any of your concerns customer service I don’t think they know what it means delaying any action that needs to be taken it just like you banging your head against a brick wall and all you get is waffle would not by from them again at all take your money but don’t deliver stay clear at all cost .

I've filled out my personal information with copies of my Driver's License and Photo ID and gave them my SS. Which I've never done this before. However, they've never call me back for interview or confirm that my personal information is save. I've tried several times to reach them via phone and NO Luck.

I applied to work there as a Papa Pal. I do not have a criminal background, I have never smoked or drank, I have perfect credit, homeowner with college educated, military adult children and i am a College educated Domestic Violence Counselor who have taken care of 6 of my family members. In saying this, I was denied. I have called and emailed them numerous times and they never respond. How unprofessional for you to get all of my personal information including pics of me, Car Insurance policy, etc and don’t respond! Therefore, I took my business somewhere else with a more professional staff!

They keep lowering the pay for pals. I started out at $12, then it went to $11 and now it’s $10 for virtual visits. Some of the representatives think that they can be rude to pals and papas because they are not dealing with us in person. I was with one of my papas when she called the customer service line, and the representative acted like it was such a chore to schedule visits for her. I also needed to cancel a visit at the last minute because I forgot about it due to this being a stressful week dealing with coronavirus hitting my city hard. The representative that I spoke to completely lacked compassion and kept reiterating company policy. What people need right now is compassion and understanding not corporate bs.
