Sent unsolicited text messages and calls, then actually showed up at my mother's door for an appointment they claim was made- with NO PRIOR ACTUAL CONTACT OR RESPONSE FROM HER-They are setting fake appointments and trying to push their way into people's homes, taking advantage of insurance companies and potentially confused seniors! This is abuse. And harassment. I have also seen multiple reviews of overcharging or not showing up even for those that Did actually request the service. Will be reporting to insurance agencies, BBB and potentially for text spamming and unsolicited calls as well.

Drivers do under the speed limit and flash brights at people when it’s uncalled for.

Tried to sign up. Keeps sending me to the sign in page, that I have filled out several times. Then keeps telling me to dl the ap, I did. Why can't I sign up? Who made your website?

They were suppose to call/visit 4 times. NOT ONCE were they on time. I certainly would not trust them to take me to a doctor's appointment or to give me medications. their quality assurance and training is TERRIBLE. They called me by the wrong name, put my phone call down (not on hold) so I could hear their kids. I can't believe they are still in business.

I was new to this service. I live in Loves Park Illinois. The first time was so awesome. My driver was great. My 2nd visit was horrible. My driver tells me that she would be back at 4:30. ( just for clarification my dyalis is 2-5. And it takes 15-20 minutes to finish.) So I informed her my treatment wasn't over till a little after 5pm. So when I got done I go out and no one was there. When I called driver she informed me she was in an accident. And I contacted the company and the gave me the run around. I was stranded outside till 9pm. I will never use this company. All they can say is "WE DROPPED THE BALL) you think!!!!

I have been a customer of Papa for over two years, but now they simply do not answer the phone or call me back when I want to schedule a pick-up in a week.

They dont explain about the hours they will call you 3 times a week and it goes against your hours and once your hours are up they will call you to tell you but then will keep calling you every day even tho you have no hours they will leave messages for you to call back when you do you get the song and dance that its the computers are calling bunch of lie

Really sad what this company becomes, called for home service I was on hold for 25 minutes a Lady answered and told me I will transfer you to the right department that was actually the wrong department if they don’t answer any of the calls. Very disappointed
