I am not happy with Papa pal I am registered with them through my medical insurance company in my opinion they are incompetent I had a appointment scheduled for today Wednesday the 19th at 1:00 p.m. for a pickup for a ride to the store I called because nobody showed up I was told that the appointment was never scheduled I said they were lying because I had it written down right in front of me and they told me there was nothing they could do that they couldn't get me a ride for another 72 hours I made the appointment 5 days ago do not deal with these people. find different ride people because they are incompetent and if I could I'd give them a zero instead of one star

Clerks who did not speak English screwed up order on single order of coleslaw. When manager got involved?, tried to charge me for a whole new order. Food's good no doubt, but the people that you have to deal with to get through to it and get an accurate price as it's posted on their website is a losing proposition

I started my application and gave them all my personal info and now it won't accept my email to finish app

It took me forever to navigate through the site. Started trying to pick up jobs. Got my first job then an email that day saying they could not pay me. I have fought for over a week with the third party company about my direct deposit. No one from Papa Pals will help me no one from Tipalti will help me navigate into my direct deposit. Keep sending me links that do not work I am my payee NOT a payer. I still haven't gotten paid. Customer service is horrible in both companies. No one has helped me!! No one!! zero help. And I am still owed for my very first visit. The links they send are horrible the third party company that pays only has people that don't speak English and don't know what the they're doing. I cannot get in to check my direct deposit, it will not take my email, it will not allow me to change email or password, it will not allow me to do one single thing. It's been absolutely a horrific, very, very, very, stressful week. You can't talk to anyone decent on the phone. The CEO probably doesn't even know the incompetence level of the people that he has working for them or the incompetancy of the app. That's really quite disgusting.

Most appts don't answer the phone, and if they do they scream at you because their insurance set it up against their wishes and they do not want the service, there Is no way on my end to cancel the service that they clearly don't want and can't figure out how to get canceled through papapal or their insurance, when I call to ask I get run around Update, the company has suddenly and without warning updated the payment policy making it nearly impossible to make money and an absolute waste of time as you are no longer being paid for the time spent attempting to complete the visits virtually or in person

I have had numerous cancelations, when I call to complain they put you on hold then hang up on you. I have had to call my insurance company once to complain, but there is still a problem. After reading these reviews I can see this is a poor company for the client and employees. Going to contact my insurance company again and see if they can change providers. This is awful

They banned people from helping people and don’t pay them when their customer service people are rude and and disrespectful to the pals that call in. They call you 6plus times a day and try to force you to go to people right now even if you tell them you can’t because you have another job. They then don’t pay you for what work you did because they banned you so they refuse to pay you.
