Hi Olivia! We do pay for mileage now after 10 miles and will start paying for mileage to get to members as well :)

Hi Doris, we're releasing a new app this week with a lot of new features which are going to fix all those issues. Soon, you'll be able to start the visit when you get to the member's home.

Hi Fatimah, we're sorry we canceled some visits. Currently, we have twice as many Pals as before and we're able to fill visits easier. Please let us gain your trust back with a free visit.

Hi Elizabeth, sorry about that! We changed pricing recently and we may have left out the old pricing in some Ads. We fixed those a while back. We are offering discounts for members who use us more than 20 hours a month if you're interested.
