I have worked for Papa for two weeks and can't get paid for a visit because Tipalti says I need to fill a tax form. I have tried to sign in to Tipalti to sign tax form but when I try to sign in I gettghey a message that says a general failure has occured. Papa sends me to Tipalti and they are no help and they send me back to Tipalti. I just kiss $70 goodby THIS IS A SCAM

I am constantly having to call back to get my preferred Pal. It takes three phone calls sometimes four just to get a scheduled appointment with “my pal” and it must be 72 hours in advance. The Papa representative accused me of being senile and forgetting to ask for my pal by name. I don’t like how they talk to me when I call and treat me like I’m stupid when I call every week for the same preferred pal it’s the same issues. They are constantly removing what services they actually do rather than what they advertise. They are now expecting the pals to pay out of their own pocket for transportation to my home. I live about 40 miles and hardly can get anyone to schedule. I built a relationship with my pal and it’s frustrating that they do not follow their own rules and schedule preferred pals accordingly. I’m beyond frustrated with the long wait times just to schedule an having to call back, three or four times just to get who I asked for the first time I called. They don’t have a screening process or interview process for their pals and that’s frustrating because some of these people are not skilled for services that they offer. It’s a great service, but it’s run very poorly and very disconnected between the service and who shows up if they show up. 1 of 5 star rating

Treat employees like peasants. If you want to work for low pay and no mileage reimbursement then this is the job for you.

I've been working for Papa for almost a year and have many great people I see on a regular basis. All of a sudden, I receive an email saying they are ending the milage reimbursement. That's half my pay. I will be quitting as will many good workers. I loved the job up until now! I refuse to work for less than $8.00 an hour without benefits! Driving an hour out one way to a job and not being compensated is robbing your workforce. Good luck! I'll be leaving as soon as their new policy goes into effect.

The worse job ever . If you want a low paying maid job this is for you . All you do is clean their houses , that sometimes are filthy . The whole house in 2 hours for 30.00 . They are milking the insurance company of money , just so owner can get rich . It’s not about helping the elders , it’s about how much money the owner can pocket , paying the employee below minimum wage . This is shame to even exist . Insurance companies are being taken advantage of .

I been with the company 8 months and I really like my job by assisting the senior and disability people, meeting new people,develop relationship and making their day. I make them feel comfortable and worth having me there but unfortunately, the billing department been messing up my money with the wrong calculations, don't notify me if there's any changes with the members. I want to work but the insurance took all the members away from me without notifying me what's going on. They need to approve communication and have live representatives in the billing department because the email only doesn't get resolved.
