Hello Ashley. I'm sorry the Pal wasn't more prepared. I do see that the notes available to the Pal mentioned that the transportation would involve a bike. I apologize for not providing you with a smoother experience. I am, however, glad that it seems like you enjoyed and appreciated the help and the company of the Pal. Hello! I'm glad we were able to provide you with such a wonderful Pal! However, if you need a Pal with more trunk space then I encourage you to call the office. You can request larger cars and therefore Pals with more trunk space. Here's the phone number to make that request: 1-800-348-7951

We are aware of some of the difficulties in using the app as the member and are in process of completely reconstructing and revamping that experience.
