This company is atrocious! I have been with them for 15 months. In the beginning, it was ok. It has progressively gone from ok to questionable to bad then worse and now SHOCKING!!!!!! I didn't think it could get any worse, however, just when I thought it was at "no coming back from this" status, it proved me wrong. Sorry but because I'm currently still with this circus, I can't be 100% truthful. Today I was requested by a member and my call was given to someone else without mine or the members permission. Please understand, this is my livelihood and at every turn, someone is screwing me over. BEWARE YA'LL!!

on February 28th 2023 My account was mysteriously suspended without even a phone call or email. I was told I was suspended and under investigation. I have since made several phone calls and emails and told about tickets that were made. It is over 2 months and I have heard nothing. They are now telling EX preferred pals that I am under investigation which is a confidentially issue and defamatory. I need answers!! I did nothing wrong or inappropriate. Went above and beyond for this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I had it all set up for a papa driver and instead they set it up for a Uber driver. I live in evart and there are no Uber driver I was suppose to have a stress test today and at the last minute they said no driver available I am really pissed off now I have to reschedule it.

I am writing on behalf of MedAdvantage members and myself, who have called numerous times and are not able to get through. Recently it was brought to our attention that Papa had a wait time of 7 hours but had been resolved. However, the wait time is excessive. Outgoing messages states it is more than 30 min and members have expressed they stayed on the line up to 3 hours and no answer. Members have also stated they put in a callback number and never receive one. This is not an isolated event, this is hundreds or more people. I checked to see if they are hiring CS reps, and at this time I don't see a job posting for that position. If you cannot hire people to answer your phones, then this isn't a valid benefit to people. That means it will most likely not be offered by MA plans in the future because you are failing to assist callers meaning they cannot get connected to the help they are seeking.

It is impossible to get thru customer service to make any changes. The waiting period to get somebody on the phone is from 2 to 5 hours and sometimes nobody calls back or I am not available to take a call. THERE IS NO WAY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE ...VERY BAD BUSINESS.

It’s impossible to get through by phone and they offer no alternatives. Recording says they will call you back, but they never do. They require 72 hours advance notice and I have been trying to get through to them since yesterday morning. I’ve even tried in the middle of the night. This is horrendous customer service. If this is happening to you, too, please join me in filing complaints to our insurance carriers.

I get the Papa Pal service through my health insurance. I cannot go online or use the Papa Pal app. I have to call 1-800-348-7951 to make an appointment. I have tried to get through to a live representative so many times I quite counting. There are always wait times, 2 hours, 1 hour, 30 minutes, (and the 30 minute wait, lasted 2 hours and then they hung up. I have pressed * or 1 to get a callback but that has not happened. I would definitely not recommend this service. I had two no shows to appointments that I made, the next appointment showed up, but was very unsatisfactory. And I have had one appointment that went very well (this was the last appointment I have had.)

I have been a Papa pal contractor for almost a year and a half. I started in Florida and loved working for the company and with the members. When I relocated to Delaware I have had payment issues that the company has not resolved. I would travel in the Tristate are which is Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware. Most of the members who utilize the Papa Pal benefits are in New Jersey, so I would travel to New Jersey at least twice a week. The last time I worked in New Jersey was on March 23, 2023. When I received my payment minus the mileage reimbursement. When I notified the company they told me that on March 15, 2023 New Jersey no longer reimbursed for mileage. There was no communication from Papa Inc.to the Papa Pals who are contracted with them to service the members regarding this changed prior to March 15, 2023 or on March 15th. You can barely get in contact with the customer service reps who can't assist with these matters. There is no supervisor or manager to reach out to. They use a app to deal with all issues and then send a email that has an excuse or doesn't address the issue at all and then they mark it resolved. I have worked in the corporate industry and health care in my 35 years of working. This company is not honest and they nickel and dime the Pals that service the members. The company is a disgrace and it would be unfortunate for the members to lose the needed services that they receive because the company is not honest and does not pay the Pals what is owed to them. 5/1/23 I received the response from Papa, Inc in regards to the above review. The person who write the response apparently did not do any research and told me to submit a ticket. The ticket was submitted. the response for the ticket was that NJ will no longer reimburse for mileage effective 3/15/23. I was not provided any information regarding these changes from the company before, on or after 3/15/23 until I submitted the ticket regarding the missing payment. Here is the ticket info: Ticket #124524 was submitted on 3/24/23 for commute miles on 3/23/23 to Ewing Township New Jersey address 117.88 miles from my home in Delaware which would be a total of $65.88 that Papa Inc. owes me.
